regulations.  Both Jim and Mike have drafted numerous land

The firm also has substantial experience with annexations.  Mike
Shultz has been involved in several, large-scale and
controversial annexations in Johnson County, and helped the
City of Topeka with a comprehensive annexation plan.  Mike and

law that formed the basis for the League of Kansas
Municipalities' manual on the subject.
