Jim Kaup has spent his legal
career working on behalf of city

left the position of General
Counsel for the Kansas League
of Municipalities, Jim has
continued to work with local
governments across Kansas.

Mike Shultz has worked for local governments in
Missouri, Colorado and Kansas.  For six years, Mike
taught at the University of Missouri Kansas City School of
Law, where he directed the school's Urban Legal Studies
Program.  Mike has spent time as a city attorney and
assistant county attorney.

Mike began working on subdivision issues in Utah many
years ago.  He has since worked on numerous zoning,
annexation, economic development and annexation issues.
